STRUCTURE
STATION ROTATION: Each week, the Tiny Tots Program is
delivered through a fun warm up all together at the beginning, followed by
three rotating activity stations that target different aspect of physical
literacy and soccer technical skills, and ending with a cool down all together
again.
Each activity is 8 to 10 minutes, and will allow time for
transition between the stations.
It is important that the players, coaches and parents
observe the sequence of each station in order to help players flow through with
ease, ‘no lost sheep’.
Parents and coaches are encouraged to promote social
interactions between all the children and parents.

the essence and understanding that is linked to Canada Soccer’s Long Term

STRUCTURE
Our primary aim is to ensure that players have fun on the
field playing soccer, while also providing exposure to fundamental soccer
skills, training, and principles of teamwork, such as sportsmanship &
respect for other players, coaches, officials, and parents.
WEDNESDAY STATION SESSIONS: QYSA’s Technical Director
facilitates, but we ask for your support and co-operation by volunteering to
help supervise Stations, when possible.
SATURDAY GAME SESSIONS: Players are divided into new
teams each Saturday. A Game Leader (volunteer parent) will assist each team.
GUIDELINES FOR PLAYERS AND PARENTS:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for any practice or
game, so the team can be ready to start on time
Parents or designated adult must stay at practices &
games to supervise their player in case an issue arises
2020-2017 players, male and female: Wednesdays 5:30pm -
6:30pm; Saturdays 10:00am - 11:00am
2016-2007 players, male and female: Wednesdays 6:30pm -
7:30pm; Saturdays 11:00am - 12:00pm

STRUCTURE
The Strikers Program is tailored for players who exhibit
a strong desire, commitment, and willingness to engage in a more developmental
and competitive soccer experience.
Aligned with Soccer Canada’s Long-Term Player Development
Plan (LTPD), this program aims to foster the growth of young athletes.
All participants will be placed on teams based on age and gender,
and will be assigned to a dedicated Head Coach who will guide their progress
throughout the program.
The program emphasizes friendly matches and encourages
participation in various tournaments to provide players with valuable in-game
experience.
TUESDAY STATION SESSIONS: Station Sessions focus on
individual player technical soccer skills, fitness training, and personal
growth.
THURSDAY HEAD COACH SESSIONS: Head Coach Sessions bring
the team together each week to work on growth and development in areas of game
play, positioning, and teamwork.
